I searched in the mountains
I kept searching for about 2 days until I found the Holy Tree.
A lonely, old, huge tree and such a different tree in Ben Nevis landscape.
That was the Tree I was looking for, with different energy.
Just as humans, they have personality. All trees have personality, if you look at them in a different way, you will discover the difference in the personality of trees.
A tree whose character completely matches the character of the Holy Tree.
Tie the green fabrics, each of which is a symbol of wish, the wish comes true with tie one of the green fabrics.
My Holy Tree.
My Holy Wishing Tree.
My Powerful Tree.
My wishes will come true.
But it is not only the existence of the souls of the deceased or the dwelling of the Gods in the trees that makes them Holy. This establishment of the souls or Gods in the tree, according to primitive people, the ‘Wishing Tree’ has great results for humans. For example, they believe that such trees have power to bring rain, to make the sun shine, to increase herds, and to help women to conceive and give birth.
The first day consisted of hiking in the mountains and getting to know the map. Finding the distance, specifications and map.

Find the approximate walking time on the map in kilometres
go to Ben Nevis mountain and get to know more about the map and find your geographic location without using technology or phones.
On the third day, we spent a good amount time with a couple of artists and climbers. He made lots of documentaries based around Ben Nevis and he explained how he got there.
We walked and went to ‘Outlandia’ and saw the whole environment that I had seen on the Internet before.
At the end, we went to see ‘Wishing Stone’. This gave me my main idea for my research project in Ben Nevis.
The next day, I went to the ‘Outlandia’ and I painted evil eyes on many mirrors
And I installed them in the wilderness, in different places throughout the mountains and forests.
After a while, I took them with me to the river and washed the mirrors clean in the river water.
I recorded all the work in a 3-and-a-half-minute video
Along with poems by Sohrab Sepehri, which is a narration on the video.
I tried to make a relative between the voice and the videos, that's why I asked Imogen to cooperate and read my text on video art.
And at the end, works.
Expression and meaning of the Concept:
Evil, evil thoughts and bad energies in the mountains attracted by Evil Eyes.
I Picked them up and washed them in the river water.
The river cleans it and washes away all the negative energy in Evil Eyes.
The mirror is a symbol of purity.
The River symbolises life, fertility, freedom, a path.
